The local nature trail; Ffridd Mathrafal, is a pleasant and naturally stunning Mid Wales forest walk, with a variety of trees, shrubs and a great diversity of wild flowers, and better yet, it’s entrance is located on Fir view Tan y Ffridd! Residents can choose from several walks, ranging from half an hour to three hours.
Take time to stand still and contemplate the natural beauty of Mid Wales. Our caravan park in Welshpool is a rich wild life habitat; home to birds of prey including the red kite, rare animals like the otter, and more familiar figures like the fox and the badger.
