HOW TO ENTER

a) The prize draw is open only to UK customers aged 18 and over who received the promotional email directly from Fir View Tan Y Ffridd Holiday Home Park, except any employee of Fir View Tan Y Ffridd Holiday Home Park or a family member, agent or anyone else professionally associated with the competition. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on Thursday 24th May 2018.

b) Once you have followed the instructions and completed and submitted the form you’ll automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win one (1) £200 discount voucher which can solely be used to reduce your site fee’s at Fir View Tan y Ffridd Caravan Park.

c) A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected.

THE PRIZE

d) The prize is a Fir View Tan Y Ffridd Holiday Home Park £200 discount voucher which can solely be used to reduce your site fee’s at Fir View Tan y Ffridd Caravan Park. The discount voucher will expire 12 months after its issue date if you do not redeem any of its value

e) There is 1 prize available, and the winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.

f) The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

THE WINNERS

f) The winners will be contacted via the email account they used to submit their entry, by Friday 1st June 2018.

g) The winners will be required to confirm in writing their acceptance of the prize within fourteen (14) days of receiving such written confirmation. If the winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of the first attempt to notify them, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, drawn randomly from the pool of remaining valid entries.

OTHER TERMS

h) The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and binding and no promotional correspondence will be entered into with entrants.

i) The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

j) any participant who enters or attempts to enter the competition in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices) may be disqualified from the competition at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
