Location: 42 Broad St, Welshpool SY21, UK
Starting and ending in Welshpool Town Centre at 9am, this is a single lap 10K (6.2 mile) run passing Powis Castle. Quite a challenging undulating route, but finishers are rewarded with a bespoke medal.

Location: Welshpool Tourist Information Centre SY21 7DD
Start by picking up your clue sheet from the Tourist Information Centre. 10 eggs will be hidden around Welshpool and displayed in shop/business windows. Using the clues, identify the shop/business, find the egg and mark down the letter to find the hidden words. Once completed, claim your prize back at the Tourist Info Centre.

Welshpool Classic Car Festival is a charity motoring event showcasing a wide range of classic and heritage vehicles, alongside craft and vintage stalls.

Location: Raven Square, Welshpool SY21 7LU
Steam trains, live music and lots of real ale at Welshpool Raven Square Station. A wide range of local brewers, cider makers and gin distillers will be at this popular annual event. Festival entry includes a reusable glass.

The Welshpool Country Music Festival is a fundraising event for the Heulwen Trust and takes place over a relaxed music-filled weekend. Events on the showfield include line dancing, side shows, trade stands and plenty of refreshments.

An annual celebration of steam, with an extensive timetable, road steam, model railways and a whole lot more to explore. A must for lovers of trains and a lovely way to journey through the beautiful Mid-Wales countryside.

A light hearted look at life in a small rural town in the 1940s. As you walk around the town, you will be captivated by Re-Enactors and Entertainers in period costume, vintage vehicle displays, trade stands, music and dancing; all with a 1940’s theme. There will also be special activities for children.
