For a 6 pack you need to carry out full body exercises to reduce body fat and get your BMI to where it should be (the weight loss tips section should also help with this!) Be sure to take a look at the Swiss Ball Stomach Exercises in the Swiss ball exercises section and the Pilate exercises to target the stomach muscles specifically.
Like any exercise it is almost impossible to target one body part completely, therefore the exercises below are best to be implemented into a workout routine where you also carryout cardiovascular and weight lifting work, which not only helps to shred fat, but tones the body up as well. Leaving you looking and feeling great!
