Leg Exercises
It's all well and good doing Arm and Back exercises, but like any good climber would tell you; the majority of strength and power is in your legs! Simply focusing on your upper body can make you end up like the human equivalent of a Pigeon (head bobbing optional) So incorporate some of the Leg exercises below into your exercise workout routine to get a more even look and a better, fitter and stronger you!
