It's all well and good doing 1000 plus sit-ups a day in the quest for a 6 pack, but did you know your supposed to do twice as many back exercises as stomach exercises?! And no matter how good that 6 pack looks, it's no good if it's sculpted onto a body shaped like a banana!
Incorporate some of the back exercises below into your workout routine and strengthen the body part which is the foundation of all the rest. The bonus of back exercises is you're usually working out other parts of the body (additionally!) while doing them and above all, if you need another reason; you won't be able to do any exercises with a bad back! So use these exercises to make it stronger which will not only benefit your exercise routeen but your activities in everyday life!
